Q: How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders will ship within 3 days of placement of order, unless otherwise indicated. Standard shipping will apply unless otherwise specified. Additional shipping fees will apply to rush orders.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel or change an order, please contact hello@dinoapparel.com as soon as
possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy? 

We want you to be completely happy with your new items. However, if for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund within 7 business days of receipt of order on items that are unworn, unwashed or unused.

2. Reason for the return
3. Request for return or exchange
4. Provide tracking information once available. 

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the return. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

All charity items and sale items are final sale only and cannot be exchanged. 

Please note merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Exchanges are also accepted within 7 business days of receipt on unworn and unused items. Items may be exchanged for a different color or size only.

The original item must be returned prior to the replacement being shipped.
