Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your new items.
Returns for damaged goods only are accepted for a full refund within 7 business days of receipt of order on items that are unworn, unwashed or unused.
Exchanges are also accepted within 7 business days of receipt on unworn and
unused items. Items may be exchanged for a different color or size only.
For returns and exchanges, the original item must be returned to manufacturer prior to the replacement being shipped.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the return/exchange.
Please note merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the
store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of
the originating retailer.
All charity items and sale items are non-refundable.
